Combining Maxalt and Tylenol may ease migraines

A Merck-funded has study found people with moderate to severe migraines who took Maxalt and Tylenol had less migraine pain. Researchers found taking the medicines together was significantly more effective than taking only one. One researcher said that combining the prescription med with an over-the-counter medication can help people who don't usually respond to triptans.
