Exercising while young may curb breast cancer

Exercising early and often during adolescence and early adulthood may cut your risk of developing breast cancer, a new study has found. In a study of 65,000 women, researchers found that people who ran more than three hours per week, or walked more than 13 hours per week when they were young were 23 percent less likely to develop invasive breast cancer than women who were less active.
