Humira is effective long-term in some Crohn's patients

A new study conducted by drugmaker Abbott suggests that Humira may be effective long-term for many Crohn's patients. Researchers followed patients who had taken Humira and achieved remission from Crohn's during a clinical trial. They found that about 29 percent of the patients who were in remission at the end of the one-year clinical trial were still in remission at the end of the second year.
