Most older Americans living longer, better lives
A new report has found that older Americans are living longer, more healthy lives. The report from the National Center of Health Statistics examined five broad areas of well-being: economics, health status, health risks and behaviors, and health care. Researchers say that though the rapidly growing older population generally is enjoying better health and longer life, disparities in these factors among racial and ethnic groups continue to exist.
