Nasal surgery may help sleep apnea

People who have sleep apnea and growths in the nasal passages may benefit from surgery to remove these growths, according to a small study. Researchers used questionnaires before and after nasal surgery to determine if the procedure helped the participants. Participants reported less snoring and an improvement in overall health after the surgery.
