"Calorie restriction" helps keep hearts young

People who practice calorie restriction--eating a controlled amount of nutrionally dense foods--seem to slow the aging of their heart, researchers found. Such people appear to be at significantly lower risk for preventable conditions, such as diabetes, stroke, and high cholesterol.
