Study: Daytrana safe for long-term use

A study to test the long-term safety of the Daytrana patch showed that the medication is effective for girls and boys for as long as 12 months. This study was designed to test the long-term safety of the attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder medication and to see if it worked better for boys or girls. At the end of the 12-month study, researchers rated 83 percent of boys and girls "improved" or �very much improved� at the end of the study compared to week one.  Read full story >
