Study: iPods interfere with pacemakers

A high school student working with doctors on a research project has found that iPods--the popular music players made by Apple--may cause heart pacemakers to malfunction. Doctors have long known that electronic devices can interfere with pacemaker function. But because iPods are often worn close to the heart, they could pose a particular risk.
