Study: Oral spray eases insomnia

The maker of the Zolpidem announced the results of two studies that showed the experimental oral spray helped people fall asleep faster when compared to Ambien. Researchers say the spray works faster than a pill because it is absorbed directly into the bloodstream. The company hopes to file for U.S. approval of the med this year.
