Study: Physical therapy can help incontinence
An extensive study has shown that pelvic floor muscle training and
bladder training are the best solutions for incontinence in women.
Researchers say this study shows that incontinence is not simply a
result of aging and can be resolved. Physical therapists can
determine the type of incontinence and then develop an
individualized exercise treatment program.
