Voltaren cream moves forward in clinical trials
Drugmaker Pharmos has announced that its new Voltaren cream to
treat osteoarthritis (OA) is moving into Phase II clinical trials.
This topical form of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug
(NSAID) is designed to deliver a high concentration of the med
directly to the OA-affected joint. This could help patients who
can't tolerate oral NSAIDs manage their OA pain.
